科研成果

近几年来主要在计算生物学领域从事基因组分析、蛋白质折叠及蛋白质相互作用、微生物热适应的分子机理等方向的研究工作,在Nucleic Acid Res.,Structure,PLoS Comput Biol.,Sci.Rep.,J.Mol.Biol.,Proteins,Genome Biol.,BMC Genomics,PLoS One,FEBS J.,FEBS Lett.,Gene,Biochem.Biophys.Res.Commun.等国际重要期刊发表SCI论文20多篇,其中,关于蛋白质折叠类型预测的JMB论文入选Faculty of 1000 Biology。本人曾受邀担任国内外重要期刊审稿人,例如:Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling,The Open Structural Biology Journal,Journal of Molecular Biology,Journal of Theoretical Biology,Molecular BioSystems,Gene,Genomics,Journal of Biomolecular Structure & Dynamics、生物物理学报等。
